There is a good deal of cover wear to this over 25 year old cookbook. There is some peeling to the front cover, creasing, and the bottom two holes where the plastic binding is have separated.
For the most part, the inside pages are clean. I found one page where the previous owner has made some notes. It is included with the images. The binding inside is tight.
